Taylor W. Gray joined PKK in 2017 and became Partner on January 1, 2024. Taylor focuses his practice primarily on community association and condominium law, where he regularly assists clients with the review of governing documents and the enforcement of association rules and covenants. Taylor is licensed to practice law in all Hawaii courts, as well as the United States District Court of the District of Hawaii. An experienced litigator, Taylor has been involved in a variety of multimillion dollar construction defect cases and is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, obtaining favorable results for his clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Taylor has been recognized by Super Lawyers (a Thomson Reuters publication) as a Rising Star since 2022. He also serves as a Director on the Board of Hawaii Council of Community Associations and is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
Taylor was born and raised on Oahu and earned his J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He also earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and political science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating summa cum laude and was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society upon graduation.
