Jeanelle Miller joined PKK in January 2024 as an associate practicing community association and commercial litigation law.  She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, Hawaii LGBT Bar Association, and National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.

 Jeanelle earned her J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a certified specialty in Environmental Law.  After law school, Jeanelle moved to Hawaii where she became involved with grassroots leadership projects and building relationships with the Hawaii State Legislature and regulatory agencies.  She then focused her career on civil litigation, specializing in complex contract and construction disputes.

Jeanelle was born and raised in the Seattle suburbs with a strong kinship to the outdoors.  In pursuing her passion for the environment and business, Jeanelle received a Bachelor’s of Science in Aquatic and Fisheries Science from the University of Washington and a Professional Science Master’s in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho, a degree focused on business management in the scientific and technical services sector.

As an attorney with PKK’s litigation section, she serves clients on Oahu and the neighbor islands.
